  • "My experience with Fitch has been phenomenal. I first joined Fitch as a Summer Analyst (SA) in New York, where I rotated through Structure Finance and U.S. Public Finance in the three-month internship. During that time here, I knew that I wanted to be a credit analyst. The one-year Associate Analyst (AA) program has been a great introduction to the fixed income industry. I appreciate how Fitch partners the AA’s with managers which really made adapting to my team significantly easier, and grasping the fundamentals realizable."

Charity Ogoti - Associate Analyst, Fitch Ratings

  • "The Associate Analyst Program at Fitch Solutions is a great opportunity for graduates to develop as macroeconomic analysts. Placing professional development front and center, the program introduced me to various aspects of country risk analysis and taught me to critically evaluate monetary, fiscal, and exchange rate policy, GDP growth, political risk, and much more. I think the best part of the program is that everyone gives you time and space to grow at your own pace and explore topic areas outside of the core curriculum."

Jonas Decker - CRIR Associate Analyst, Fitch Solutions

  • "At its core being an ASE is all about personal growth. From day one, the program has provided me with support, collaboration, challenge, and confidence. Every resource is made available for you to succeed as both a software developer and young professional. I could not have asked for a more flawless  and less stressful move from university into the work domain"

Corey Hardesty - Associate Software Engineer, Fitch Group

  • "Coming into the Associate Analyst program directly out of college I was extremely nervous about the knowledge I did not possess that my more senior peers did. That said, the AA program provided holistic credit related training. Through the AA program I was then also able to apply my training to active credit related analysis. This cycle of learning and application really gave me a solid foundation to grow in my credit analysis knowledge and be able to create my niche specialty."

Najae Moore - Associate Analyst, Fitch Ratings
